The Skin Audit is a personalized, email-based skin review performed by Licensed Esthetician Kristen Drayton. This service includes a professional evaluation of your submitted skin photos, current skincare routine, and completed questionnaire, along with customized skincare recommendations.

This service is educational and informational in nature and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical skin conditions.

To receive the most accurate recommendations, you agree to:

• Complete the intake questionnaire in full.
• Submit clear, makeup-free photos taken in natural lighting whenever possible.
• Provide an accurate list of all skincare products currently being used.

Incomplete or poor-quality submissions may delay your Skin Audit or limit the accuracy of recommendations.

Your completed Skin Audit will be delivered via email within 48–72 business hours after all required information has been received.

Business hours exclude weekends, holidays, and scheduled business closures.

Recommendations are based solely on the information and photos provided at the time of submission. Results may vary depending on consistency, lifestyle, medical history, hormones, medications, and other factors beyond our control.

Following the recommendations does not guarantee specific skincare outcomes.

The Skin Audit is not a substitute for medical care and does not diagnose, treat, or cure skin diseases or medical conditions.

If your skin appears to have signs of infection, severe inflammation, suspicious lesions, or another medical concern, you may be referred to a dermatologist or other qualified healthcare provider.

The Skin Audit is a one-time assessment based on your current skin condition.

Follow-up questions, routine revisions, additional photo reviews, or ongoing coaching are not included. If additional support is desired, a separate consultation or coaching service may be recommended.

Due to the personalized nature of this service, all purchases are final.

Once your intake form has been submitted or work has begun on your Skin Audit, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for deciding whether to implement any skincare recommendations provided.

Always perform a patch test before introducing new skincare products, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All information, photos, and personal details submitted for your Skin Audit will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing your personalized skin assessment, unless written permission is granted for any other use.
