Facial Package Policies
Thank you for choosing one of our facial packages/bundles! To ensure the best experience and a smooth process, please review the following policy:
1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
o Each package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, the package and its services cannot be exchanged, credited, or shared with another individual.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
o Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
o A late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will apply if notice is given less than 24 hours before the appointment.
o A no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service price will apply if you fail to show up for your appointment without notice.
3. Paid-In-Full Package Policies
o Purchasing the bundle in full does not exempt clients from the above policies. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in applicable fees being deducted from the package balance or charged separately.
4. Gratuity
o While tipping is never mandatory, gratuity is always appreciated as a way to thank your esthetician for their time, care, and service.
